How We Work Together
A clear, two-step process.
Step 1: The Catalyst
Delivered in 3 business days
$450 CAD
Every revamp starts here with a focused session to get clear on what your site needs to do for your business today. I’ll guide the conversation, no prep needed on your end.
I review your site, messaging, and key touchpoints before delivering your Catalyst Roadmap: a practical plan showing what to change, cut, and keep so your site supports the shift you’re making in your business.
The Roadmap keeps you from wasting time and money on design or fixes that don’t solve the real problem.
It makes the decisions that follow simpler and smarter, whether you act on it in-house or move to Step 2, and I handle it for you.
If you book your revamp within 30 days, your Catalyst fee is fully credited toward the project.
Have questions?
Let’s clear them up.
-
About an hour for the first session, then a short follow-up three days later to review your Catalyst Roadmap. Everything in between is on my end.
-
Most business owners know something’s off, but not always the full picture.
The Catalyst makes sure you’re fixing the right things, in the right order, so you don’t waste time or money. -
The Catalyst is strategy, not deliverables.
What you leave with is a clear plan to guide copy, branding and site changes, whether you handle them in-house, with me, or another specialist.
-
No. Every revamp starts with The Catalyst because it shows what your site actually needs before you commit to anything.
“Nikki focused on what really mattered for my business and helped me make smart choices without overwhelm. Now the site runs smoothly for both retail and wholesale, and I can update it myself anytime.”

Step 2: The Launchpad
Once your Catalyst Roadmap confirms what needs to change, the Launchpad puts it into motion.
Content, visuals, and tech work together so your site runs smoothly and supports what’s next in your business.
Everything’s managed in one place, with no juggling writers, designers, or developers. Most projects wrap within 30 days.
Three ways to put your plan into action:
Core Revamp
Best for: Smaller sites where your 5 key pages are the business - Home, About, Services, Contact, FAQs - or similar, and for larger sites that only need their highest-impact pages brought up to date.
From $3,000 CAD.
Full Revamp
Ideal when: You’re shifting direction or reshaping your offers, when every page and touchpoint needs to reflect what’s changed and position you clearly for new opportunities.
From $5,000 CAD for service provider sites.
From $6,000 CAD for e-commerce.
Site Move
Best when: You’re simplifying or scaling operations, and moving to a new platform or theme is the smartest step forward. Smooth migration, paired with your revamp.
From $1,500 CAD (added to your Core or Full Revamp), plus theme costs if required.
Questions I get most often.
If you don’t see yours here, just ask.
-
Yes. Copy is always included. You won’t need to hire a separate writer.
-
Absolutely. Whether your site’s on WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, or some vintage platform from yesteryear, we can work with it.
And if it’s time to move, I’ll help you choose the right new home.
-
Yes. Custom features can be built into your revamp, from booking tools to private portals. If you have something specific in mind, we’ll talk through the best way to make it work.
-
Not much. We’ll have a short call at the start, then I’ll check in at key points for your feedback. Quick replies help, but the process is managed for you.
-
Most revamps wrap in about 30 days. More complex projects, like platform moves, can take a little longer.
-
Yes. A 50% deposit secures your spot, with the balance due when your revamp is complete. If you’d like more time between payments, booking ahead can give you that space.
I’m genuinely proud of my site now. Nikki nailed the balance I needed and made the process simple. Within weeks, I landed a fantastic project, and the site has become a key tool for securing more work.
