Most established businesses don't have a website problem.
They have a representation problem.
The site they built a few years ago was right for where they were.
It's just not right for where they are now.
I’m Nikki Beasley - strategist, web developer, and project lead behind Revamp Project Studio.
For over 30 years, I’ve worked in fields where getting it right, on time and on budget, mattered: supervising film and TV post-production, running a boutique e-commerce brand through the 2008 recession, and, for the last ten years plus, guiding established businesses through website revamps.
Different industries, same pressure: fumble the moment, and you don’t get a second shot.
A good site alone won’t win you business. But a poor one can cost you opportunities you never even knew were on the table.
That’s why every revamp I take on starts as a business shift, not a design exercise.
The people I work with are usually in the middle of a shift. Expanding into new markets. Refining their focus. Becoming more selective about who they serve. Or simply outgrowing what the site says about them.
They're proud of what they've built. They're just not as proud of where they're sending people when they share their link.
What people find when they land on your site should confirm what they already suspect: that you're the real deal.
You've already done the hard part. My job is making sure your website reflects it.
