Revamp Project Studio is operated by Nikki Beasley in Ontario, Canada. In this policy, “I,” “me” and “my” refer to Revamp Project Studio.

This policy explains how I collect, use, share, store and protect personal information when you visit this website, complete the Realignment Check, contact me or work with me.

1. Information I collect

The information I collect depends on how you interact with Revamp Project Studio. It may include:

  • your name, email address and other contact details you provide

  • your business name, website address and information about your business

  • billing and payment records related to client work

  • your email and marketing preferences

  • technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited and cookie choices

Please do not submit confidential information through the general contact form unless it is reasonably necessary for your enquiry.

2. The Realignment Check

When you complete the Realignment Check, the form collects the answers you submit.

You may choose to provide your email address to receive a copy of your result. Requesting your result does not automatically add you to a marketing list.

Any option to receive future emails or resources is presented separately and requires its own selection.

3. How I use personal information

I use personal information to:

  • respond to questions and service enquiries

  • provide your Realignment Check result

  • determine whether my services may be a suitable fit

  • prepare proposals, agreements and project plans

  • provide and administer client services

  • communicate about active or previous work

  • issue invoices and maintain business and financial records

  • operate, secure and improve the website

  • understand how visitors use the website

  • meet legal, tax and professional obligations

  • send marketing communications when you have agreed to receive them

I will not use personal information for a substantially different purpose without obtaining consent where required.

4. Marketing communications

I send marketing emails only when you have asked to receive them or when another lawful basis for contacting you applies.

Contacting Revamp Project Studio, completing the Realignment Check or becoming a client does not automatically subscribe you to general marketing emails.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the link in the email or contacting me directly. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent me from sending messages needed to respond to an enquiry, administer a project or meet a contractual obligation.

5. Cookies and website information

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences and understand how visitors use it.

Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Other categories can be accepted or declined through the Manage cookies control on the website.

More information is available in the Cookie Policy.

6. When information is shared

I share personal information only when reasonably necessary.

It may be shared with:

  • government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities when required by law

  • another person or organization when you have authorized the disclosure

Contractors and service providers receive only the information needed for their role.

I do not sell or rent personal information.

Client names, testimonials, project details and case-study materials are published only with permission.

7. Processing outside Canada

Some technology providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

When information is processed in another country, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to its courts, governments or law-enforcement authorities.

I use established service providers and limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary for the service being provided.

8. How long information is kept

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including:

  • responding to an enquiry

  • providing and supporting client services

  • maintaining project and business records

  • meeting tax, accounting, insurance and legal obligations

  • resolving a complaint or dispute

When information is no longer required, I take reasonable steps to delete it, anonymize it or securely dispose of it.

9. How information is protected

I use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.

These measures may include password protection, limited access, secure service providers, software updates and appropriate storage practices.

No website, email system or online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use care when deciding what information to send electronically.

10. Access, correction and withdrawal of consent

You may contact me to:

  • ask what personal information I hold about you

  • request access to that information

  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete

  • withdraw consent where consent is the basis for its use

  • ask a question or raise a concern about my privacy practices

Some information may need to be retained because of contractual, financial or legal obligations. I will explain any applicable restriction when responding to a request.

11. Privacy questions and complaints

Please contact me first with any privacy question, request or complaint, so I have an opportunity to address it.
