The challenge

On her old site, the packaging overshadowed the product. Shortbread itself wasn’t the star, and wholesale and private label were difficult to find. Updates were also out of Trisha’s hands, since even small changes meant waiting for someone else to make them.

The shift

We rebuilt the site on a new Shopify theme with simplified navigation and clean tools so Trisha can make updates herself, even at 5 AM when inspiration strikes. Stronger product visuals put her shortbread, cookies and scones back in the spotlight, with clear paths for retail, wholesale, and private label customers.

The result

The new site makes it easy for customers, wholesale buyers, and private label partners to find what they need. Orders flow smoothly, updates happen quickly, and Trisha can manage the shop herself.

The site now does the quiet work of supporting the business behind the scenes, while the shortbread stays front and centre.
