The challenge
On her old site, the packaging overshadowed the product. Shortbread wasn’t the star, and wholesale and private label were hard to find. She also wanted more control, since changes to her site meant waiting on someone else instead of updating things on her own schedule.
The shift
We rebuilt her Shopify site on a new theme, with simpler navigation and clean tools so Trisha can make updates herself, even at 5 AM if inspiration strikes. Stronger product visuals put her baked goods back in the spotlight, and clear paths were built for retail, wholesale, and private label customers.
The result
Customers now find what they need without friction. Ordering is straightforward, wholesale runs smoothly, and Trisha sells as expertly online as she does in person. Her site does the quiet work of making life easier for her and for the people buying treats, sending gifts, placing wholesale orders, or exploring private label.
