The Catalyst
You’re looking at your website again for a reason. That’s where we start. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet. During our working session, we talk through what’s changed in the business, what’s coming up and the ideas you haven’t quite pinned down yet. Together, we work out what the website needs to do now.
From there, I review the site and the key places people find you online, then turn what we uncover into a written Roadmap that shows what to keep, what to cut, what to change and what to add, so you know where your time and budget will make the most difference.
Once I’ve drafted your Roadmap, we meet again to review it together and make any adjustments before I hand over the final version. You can use the Roadmap yourself or have the revamp handled through The Launchpad.
Includes:
A 60- to 90-minute working session on Zoom
A draft of your Roadmap within 3 business days
A follow-up review session, usually around 30 minutes
Your final Roadmap after any agreed adjustments
$450 CAD
If you go ahead with a revamp within 30 days, the Catalyst fee is credited toward it.

Allow 60 to 90 minutes for our working session. If we’re finished sooner, we’ll end it there. If we need a little more time, that’s fine too.
The follow-up session to review your draft Roadmap usually takes around 30 minutes.

The Catalyst lets us look at it in the context of the whole business, catch anything that may have been missed and work out what the revamp actually needs to cover before you invest in the work.
