This was Vanessa’s fourth website revamp with me, completed March 2026. We’ve worked together since 2010 across newsletters, client communications, seminar materials, and ongoing site support.
The latest revamp came after Vanessa took full ownership of the practice from her former partners.
The previous site reflected a shared practice and a more institutional structure. The latest revamp repositioned the site around Vanessa’s own voice, relationships, and client experience.
One of the biggest decisions was narrowing the homepage audience. Most visitors already know Vanessa’s name before they arrive, usually through a referral, event, or conversation. The site was rebuilt around that warmer audience instead of trying to speak to everyone at once.

Full rebuild of the website in Squarespace
Website built to meet NBF, AODA, and WCAG accessibility requirements
Moving over years of articles and private client pages
Updated team bios and imagery
Full SEO pass for improved search visibility
Training for ongoing updates to the site
Now, when someone looks Vanessa up after hearing her speak or receiving her name from a trusted source, the site feels consistent with the person they expect to meet.
