The Catalyst + The Launchpad: Fully Managed Revamp+ Ongoing Support
Vanessa and I have worked together since 2010. This is her fourth revamp. The most recent one came after she took over the business from her partners.
The challenge
The old site was co-branded with Vanessa's former partners and built to look like the industry standard. After Vanessa took full ownership of the practice, that version no longer reflected the business. Her approach has always been relationship-driven, and the site needed to show that.
The revamp also had to meet the accessibility standards required by National Bank of Canada, under which Silverbirch operates.
The shift
We rebuilt the site around how Vanessa actually works. The copy on the home page speaks directly to prospects who come through her Inner Circle program, where current clients refer friends and family. A dedicated News page gives existing clients a place to find her monthly Market Updates, Client Updates, and How-To Guides.
Behind the public site, more than twenty private pages support the day-to-day of her practice. Referrals to trusted experts in her network, event materials, forms, and onboarding documents.
The site meets the accessibility standards required by National Bank of Canada.
The result
When Vanessa is giving talks or attending community events, prospects who look her up find a site that sounds like the person they met. When current clients refer friends and family through her Inner Circle Program, the referral feels consistent with the experience they've had. Existing clients have a clear place to find her Market Updates, Client Updates, and How-To Guides, and Vanessa's assistant was trained to keep that page current.
